Gym Babies Theme:
Bouncing- on the Yoga ball
This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on Bouncing. Parents will help their babybounce up and down on the yoga ball.This is good for babies’ vestibular system and dynamic balance.
本周的體能主題為彈動(dòng)。家長(zhǎng)幫助寶寶在瑜伽球上上上下下彈動(dòng)。這個(gè)活動(dòng)可以加強(qiáng)小朋友的內(nèi)耳前庭系統(tǒng)發(fā)展以及動(dòng)態(tài)平衡能力。
Gym Toddlers/ Tots/Kids Theme:
Strength-Hanging on the ring
This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on Strength.Parents can encourage your little one hang on the ring, which is good for their upper body strength. At home, you can protect their wrist and lift them up so they can do the hanging motion.
本周的體能主題為力量。家長(zhǎng)鼓勵(lì)并協(xié)助寶貝懸掛在吊環(huán)上,增強(qiáng)上肢力量。在家可以握住小朋友手腕將其向上拎起,鞏固懸掛動(dòng)作。
