How to do 如何做: Parents can let your kids do T-arm position.Then ask them lift one knee up and step the foot on the other knee to support themselves.Keep it for 3-5 seconds and switch.for the one who cannot balance himself well,parents please help them by holding his hands.
小朋友雙臂抬平站直,單腿膝蓋抬起,腳踩到另一條腿的膝蓋位置,保持3-5秒,然后交換腿再做一次。如果小朋友不能很好保持平衡,家長可以握住小朋友雙手給予一定幫助。
